NOT ANOTHER MONDAY RESTART

You know what to do. Now get help doing it.

I won't hand you calorie targets and wish you luck. I'll review what you're actually eating, help you plan your week, and coach you through the decisions that keep tripping you up.

Sound familiar?

You don't need more weight loss information.

You know protein matters and portions count. But knowing isn't the same as having a strategy for evenings, restaurants, and weekends.

01 / Evenings

A great day until 8 p.m.

Dinner is over, but the snacking starts. We figure out why it happens and what to do instead.

02 / Weekends

Then Thursday plans happen.

Drinks, dinner out, a last-minute invitation. You can enjoy yourself and still make progress.

03 / Real life

The week gets away from you.

Work, travel, family, and full calendars are normal. Your plan needs a backup, not another restart.

A calorie target tells you what to aim for. Coaching helps you follow it.

ONE CLIENT. A VERY DIFFERENT RESPONSE.

She lost 24.2 pounds.
Then came vacation.

She came home from vacation up a few pounds. The old pattern? Feel defeated, keep eating, and promise to start fresh in January.

This time she knew what to do next. She enjoyed the trip, came home, and went straight back to the plan we'd been practicing.

That is what you're paying for. Not just weight loss advice, but support that changes what you do when life isn't perfect.

The three areas we work on

Nutrition, accountability, and mindset.

You'll learn what to do, get feedback on how you're doing, and change the habits that keep getting in your way.

01

Nutrition education

I'll teach you to use your calorie budget, protein, fiber, and accurate tracking to build meals you actually like. You'll get meal ideas, not a prescribed menu.

02

Accountability

You'll weigh in, log food, and plan your week. I'll review the patterns and give you specific feedback so you know where to focus next.

03

Mindset

We'll work on night snacking, all-or-nothing thinking, and making choices when your routine changes or the scale isn't cooperating.

How we stay connected

You have access to me throughout the week.

You can text me directly when questions come up. Every other week, we have a voice check-in to look at what's working, what isn't, and what we should change. You'll also have my coaching app for weigh-ins and weekly plans, plus a monthly Zoom call with other coaching clients.

Direct text messaging Ask questions and get guidance when you're making actual food decisions, not days later.
Biweekly voice check-ins Every other week, we review your progress, troubleshoot what's not working, and strategize your next steps.
Your coaching app Your weigh-ins, weekly plans, progress, and coaching resources in one place.
Meal ideas that fit your life Practical ideas and swaps based on what you enjoy eating. No rigid, prescribed menus.
Monthly client Zoom Join the group coaching call for education, implementation, and questions with other clients.
Food diary and weekly plan feedback I review your MyFitnessPal food diary and weekly plans to give you specific feedback on what to do next.

Hi, I'm Emily

I know what this takes.

I lost 34 pounds around age 50. I've kept it off for 13 years. Not because I never eat dessert or have a busy week, but because I learned how to respond when life changes the plan.

I bring that same approach to coaching. I review the details, teach you what matters, and help you practice until the decisions that used to trip you up feel manageable.

I'm not the coach who scolds you for birthday cake. I want to know what you planned around it, how you tracked it, and what happens at your next meal.

Expect straight answers, specific guidance, a little sass, and a coach who cares enough to hold you to what you said you wanted.

A few good questions

Before you apply

It's important to know what you're signing up for.

Do I have to follow a meal plan?

No. We'll work with foods you enjoy and meals you can repeat. I'll help you use your calorie, protein, and fiber targets in a way that works for you.

What about restaurants and weekends?

We plan for them. You'll learn how to make choices when you're out, track honestly, and move on without turning one meal into a weekend.

Will I need to track my food?

Yes. Food tracking and daily weigh-ins give us useful information. I'll teach you how to track accurately and use those numbers without obsessing over every fluctuation.

How will we communicate?

You'll have direct texts with me, voice check-ins every other week, my coaching app for weigh-ins and planning, and a monthly client Zoom. I'll also review your MyFitnessPal diary.

How long do we work together?

The initial commitment is six months at $332/month. After that, ongoing monthly coaching is available at $197/month if you'd like to continue.

Ready to do this differently?
