You will learn how to:
• Improve your relationship with food so you feel calm, confident, and in charge
• Support healthier labs through intentional, sustainable nutrition
• Change your body composition in a realistic, predictable way
• Improve digestion, energy, mood, and sleep so your body feels good again
• Line up your daily habits with the results you want, without giving up real life


To get the most out of this coaching experience, you must be willing to:
• Communicate with me openly and honestly
• Track your food consistently in MyFitnessPal
• Complete your bi-weekly check-in on time so I can coach you properly


As someone who has struggled with bad eating habits, I found it extremely beneficial working closely with someone who not only added a level of accountability but kept things fun and interesting. I’m an active person but exercise alone yielded little to no results.


The meal plans, we created together are awesome! The weekly grocery lists save me so much time. The recipes are tasty and being able to have my breakfast meals prepped and ready to eat has been a game changer for the mornings!
