Let's Get Personal

Nutrition Coaching 365, founder - Emily Moss

I love good food. Real food.

I am a certified nutritionist with degrees in Nutrition Science and Holistic Nutrition, and I serve as the lead nutritionist with Partners for Medical Relief in Belize. I work alongside physicians who trust me with their diabetic, pre diabetic, hypertension, and weight management patients, teaching them simple, accessible nutrition strategies that fit their real lives.

And that is exactly how I coach women here.

I help women who are tired of starting over, tired of tight clothes, and tired of trying to “be good” without seeing results. Women who want to feel confident again, enjoy their lives, and finally understand how to eat without guilt, confusion, or chaos.

Every morning, I support my clients in real time with text access, daily guidance, and personalized strategies. I teach them how to plan their food, navigate social eating, stay grounded emotionally, and build habits they can take anywhere. It is education, accountability, and encouragement all day long.

You will never be left on your own to figure it out. We build a plan that works with your reality — your work schedule, your travel, your social life, your stress, and your goals.

And because real life matters, here is the rest of me. I am an occasional runner, lover of sunshine and beach vacations, creature of comfort, extrovert who loves a good party, terrible laundry folder, and unapologetic organizer.

If you want support, structure, and a coach who actually walks with you day to day, you are exactly where you belong.

"As the lead nutritionist with Partners for Medical Relief in Belize,

I provide nutrition education to local patients and collaborate with physicians to support their treatment plans."

My Family:
I have been married to my husband for over 35 years and he has cheered me on through every chapter. I raised two boys who now eat very differently, which taught me how to make real food work for real families.

And of course, there is Murphy the Goldendoodle, who lives for dropped carrots, and Sugar, our newest mini goldendoodle, who believes every stick belongs to her. They are my walking buddies and the reason my kitchen floor stays spotless.
