I’m a certified nutritionist with degrees in Nutrition Science and Holistic Nutrition, and I serve as the lead nutritionist with Partners for Medical Relief in Belize. I work alongside physicians who trust me with their patients, managing diabetes, prediabetes, hypertension, and weight.
I teach simple, realistic nutrition strategies that fit real life.

I’m social, organized, and yes… terrible at folding laundry.
