Let's Get Personal

Nutrition Coaching 365, founder - Emily Moss

Emily. I love good food. Real food. I have earned a Master's degree in Nutrition Science, in addition to Certifications in Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching, Holistic Nutrition Coaching. I am the lead nutritionist with Partners for Medical Relief, serving Belize. I work in partnership with physicians as they refer their diabetic, pre diabetic, hypertension, and weight management patients to me. I provide nutrition fundamentals and strategies to help these patients create meals that they have access to in the third world while managing medical challenges. I am also, an active member of the Rotary Club of Cincinnati - a professional service organization with a global network of 1.4 million members. Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision.

I spend my days helping clients feed their lives through food, fitness, and gratitude while mastering new habits. I am not a creator of recipes, but I am an expert at tweaking a recipe to fit into a healthy lifestyle - whether you’ve got allergies, specific dietary needs, personal preferences, or lifestyle demands to work around.

Once the sunrises, I share the day with clients  via real time text messaging & check in's. I provide nutrition education, planning tips, and hands on guidance with emotional support throughout the day. It is a privilege to encourage others, through accountability as I help them create and sustain new healthy habits. We find the right tools and skills in an individualized plan no matter what the demands of home, work, or social settings may be.

I’m also an occasional runner, lover of sunny days, beach vacations, creature of comfort, an extrovert who loves a good party spent with friends and family, horrible laundry folder, an unapologetic organizer!

As lead nutritionist with Partners for Medical Relief Belize

I am honored to teach and counsel local Belize patients nutrition basics and partner with physicians in their care.

My Family.

The Man.  My biggest fan. We’ve been married for over 35 years and after thousands upon thousands of home cooked meals I can only count one meal he did not eat …. A white lasagna :( otherwise he devours everything I make and is always the first to get a second serving. The Carbivore.  He eats everything, but definitely prefers breads, pastas, and potatoes. The Forester. Always on an adventure, this guy loves meat & potatoes, but is also a leaf-eater who chugs smoothies for breakfast. Lily the Labradoodle. Simply the cutest dog ever, she is always on kitchen patrol hoping I’ll drop raw carrots. Murphy otherwise known as Murphadoodle Dee - the newest addition to our family. While a foodie; don't get between her and a stick. Playing fetch is her favorite.
