Breaking old habits is not going to happen overnight.

Old habits can take years to form. Forgive yourself if it takes more than a day to break them.

It takes time. It takes repetition

When you have an “off day” + you don’t do what you said you would do… take a deep breath.

DO NOT give in to the “screw it” mentality.


Brush yourself off. Start again
