We're staring the bloat bully square in the face (or belly) + saying bye-bye!! 


Whether you ate a little too much, or your stomach didn’t quite agree with your last meal, we feel you!! 


It's one of the top hot topics my accountability clients and I discuss on repeat— bloating can be rough.


Cardio will help deflate your bloat. Whether walking, jogging, or cycling - the physical movement will help expel gas + help move digestion along.


Try this 5-minute workout to lessen the pain + discomfort you're feeling. 


5 yoga poses for bloating.  1-minute practice in each pose. 


1. Cat-Cow : In this pose, you stretch + compress your intestines to promote movement. 



2. Torso Twist : In this seated move you're increasing circulation + blood flow...exactly what you need to lose the pufferfish feeling!



3. Extended Triangle : The gentle stretching will help get things moving. 



4. Cobra Pose : Stretching your torso + your digestive organs which aid in digestion. 



5. Extended Puppy Pose : Try this pose when you've eaten too much - it will relax you + your stomach.
