1. Cat-Cow : In this pose, you stretch + compress your intestines to promote movement.
2. Torso Twist : In this seated move you're increasing circulation + blood flow...exactly what you need to lose the pufferfish feeling!
3. Extended Triangle : The gentle stretching will help get things moving.
4. Cobra Pose : Stretching your torso + your digestive organs which aid in digestion.
5. Extended Puppy Pose : Try this pose when you've eaten too much - it will relax you + your stomach.
