Easy Weeknight Taco Recipe for Lifestyle Nutrition

Weeknight Taco's that will have your family saying Ole'.

It’s not Tuesday but we could eat TACOs every single day at our house !!
This is a new recipe that had us drooling a few weeks ago in the Thrivyest test kitchen. You’re gonna looove them!!
Coconut Margarita Tacos!
Ingredients:
1/2 can coconut milk - NOT cream
1/2 chopped fresh jalapeño
1/2 c tequila
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 of a fresh lime
1 t garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pound chicken breast, pounded slightly thin
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together & pour over chicken - marinate overnight.
Bake 20 minutes in 425 degree oven or I grilling's your preference - go for it!
Top with mashed avocado, diced tomatoes, and mango salsa!
