OATrageously Delicious Oatmeal
Boost your Energy with Oats

Master Recipe:
1/2 cup rolled or "old fashioned" oats
1/2 cup milk or yogurt (your choice)
In a bowl or jar, mix together the oats + your choice of either milk or yogurt. Place mixture in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, mix in one of our favorite combinations:
Peanut Butter + Banana = 1/2 sliced banana, 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, 1/2 teaspoon honey + 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
Apple + Cinnamon = 1/2 chopped apple, 1/2 Tablespoon maple syrup, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg
Very Berry = 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1 teaspoon brown sugar
